SUSTAINABILITY & TELEMISSIONS
Due to COVID-19 and restricted travel, our USA team was unable to perform on-site collaborative missions in Cambodia. Instead, our team co-funded and provided logistical support for Cambodian healthcare providers as they conducted health education and screenings. Our team was on-call via video conference to advise and provide support as partners in this endeavor. The success of this model taught us that telemissions promote our goal of sustainability and we plan to continue with this model in the future. We’re delighted to report that our network of healthcare professionals in Cambodia was able to provide health education and screenings to more than 200 people.
