Samone Keo
Samone Keo is a culinary entrepreneur who believes in the values of family, community, health, and excellent service. Born in Cambodia, she and her family fled the Khmer Rouge in 1975, settled in Arkansas first, then finally came to California. Since 2008, Samone has owned and lovingly operated Delightful Crepes, a Long Beach restaurant that specializes in crêpes and European-Californian fusion cuisine. She is an ardent supporter of Cambodian community causes, eager to serve using her unique skills and resources, and firmly committed to continued learning; in fact, she recently completed training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. We are lucky to have a leader and collaborator like Samone on our SHE board.
